This opportunity is for an Area Sales Coordinator role supporting multiple properties within renowned hotel clusters from Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. This role requires a dynamic individual experienced in the hotel or similar industries, responsible for supporting the cluster or area sales team while managing daily sales-related coordination across several hotel properties. The Sales Coordinator acts as the communication hub between outside sales personnel, clients, and various internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and seamless information flow. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in hotel or similar industry sales coordination roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- flexible availability to support outside sales activities
- basic knowledge of sales accounting and CRM systems preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team to ensure timely processing of sales orders
