The role requires coordinating site visits, property tours, and client meetings, which are vital in showcasing the hotel’s offerings to prospective clients. The Sales Coordinator also assists with group bookings, event details, rooming lists, and manages coordination related to banquet and event spaces, ensuring all compliance measures are met. They act as a liaison between sales managers and clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, enhancing customer service experience. Other duties include planning and supporting sales events, tradeshows, client appreciation activities, and sometimes overseeing logistical details on event days.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in standard office software. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with banquets, event planning, or sales highly desired
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and related software
  • Valid drivers license and a driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time, either seated or standing
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to maintain flexible or extended work hours as needed by job demand and functions

Job Qualifications
