Job Description

Marriott International is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and outstanding guest experiences. JW Marriott is deeply committed to creating a workplace culture centered on respect, inclusivity, and holistic employee well-being, offering myriad opportunities for career growth, training, and personal development. At Marriott, employees are the foundation of the guest experience, embracing a legacy of service established by founder J. Willard Marriott and continuously adapted to meet modern hospitality needs.

The position available is within the sales and marketing team at the JW Marriott located at 4040 Central Florida Parkway in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time, non-management role focused on providing comprehensive administrative support to drive sales and marketing initiatives effectively. Beyond administrative duties, this role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a positive and polished image of the company through both internal and external channels. This involves maintaining professional communication standards, ensuring adherence to company policies including confidentiality and uniform standards, and supporting quality assurance efforts. Candidates should be prepared to assist in physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 pounds and executing additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a customer service mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry to develop professionally within a globally respected company that values diversity and inclusivity.
