The Sales Coordinator role at Elevate Entertainment Group is vital in driving the company’s event booking and revenue growth. This position serves as the primary liaison between prospective guests and the company, handling incoming sales inquiries and efficiently converting leads into confirmed bookings for events such as group outings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, school functions, and attraction packages. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service by providing accurate information, timely follow-up, and responsive communication via phone and email. Attendance at events with gross sales exceeding $1,000 is also a key responsibility, ensuring direct engagement and exemplary service that reinforces the brand’s reputation.

Job Duties

  • respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner
  • work with operations team to ensure flawless execution for all events including communication of changes or updates and specific needs
  • provide client proposals in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • maintain records of activity including appointments, calls made, and business leads through the TripleSeat platform
  • prepare proposals, mailings, email blasts, correspondence, memos, and letters
  • attend and follow up with point of contact at events with gross sales exceeding $1000
  • develop relationships and partnerships to increase new business
