The Property Administrative Specialist at W Dallas Victory Park plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel by supporting various departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage with essential administrative tasks. This full-time, non-management position is situated on-site and crucial for maintaining organized, efficient workflows across departments. The role demands a versatile individual who assists with document preparation using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software, serves as the liaison between clients and vendors, and coordinates effectively with the Sales Office throughout all phases of event management including pre-event, event, and post-event activities. This role not only requires professional communication skills but also a proactive approach to fostering positive relationships among staff and clients alike.
In addition to administrative duties, the Property Administrative Specialist contributes to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by adhering strictly to company policies and quality standards. The individual is expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the hotel’s luxury brand identity. Physical aspects of the role include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently and to perform physical movements such as standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting for extended durations. The specialist may also be called upon to perform other reasonable job duties as directed by supervisors, emphasizing the need for flexibility and teamwork.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role preferred
- ability to use word processing spreadsheet database and presentation software
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- willingness to work full time on site at W Dallas Victory Park
- commitment to workplace safety and policy adherence
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
