Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role preferred
- ability to use word processing spreadsheet database and presentation software
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- willingness to work full time on site at W Dallas Victory Park
- commitment to workplace safety and policy adherence
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- strong organizational skills
- experience in administrative roles preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software
- serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process including pre-event event and post-event activities
- ensure smooth operations across departments such as Guest Services Engineering and Food & Beverage
- adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards
- foster positive working relationships with employees and departments
- report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
