Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role preferred
  • ability to use word processing spreadsheet database and presentation software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to work full time on site at W Dallas Victory Park
  • commitment to workplace safety and policy adherence

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • strong organizational skills
  • experience in administrative roles preferred
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process including pre-event event and post-event activities
  • ensure smooth operations across departments such as Guest Services Engineering and Food & Beverage
  • adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards
  • foster positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
