Job Duties

  • promote brand awareness both internally and externally
  • gather materials and assemble information packages such as brochures promotional materials
  • utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
  • enter withdraw reconcile and verify information related to the sales process such as commissions initiatives third party through software
  • respond to guest questions about hotel facilities services schedules rates room types packages promotions entertainment restaurants special events
