The Sales Consultant will drive the penetration of existing accounts while strategically converting new prospects through meticulous planning, product knowledge, and personalized sales strategies. They will leverage their expertise to support orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams by providing essential education, product demonstrations, and case coverage. Johnson & Johnson is actively transitioning its Orthopaedics segment into a standalone entity, DePuy Synthes, which will provide focused leadership in orthopedic medical technology, underpinned by the same high standards of quality and innovation. Employment will transition accordingly after the separation is complete, ensuring continuity and growth opportunities for successful candidates.

The successful individual will have strong interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and medical device technology.
