The role of Retail Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse is both dynamic and rewarding. This position demands a customer-focused approach, where consultants provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational atmosphere to guide customers through their buying decisions. The ideal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
In addition to utilizing cutting-edge sales technology like tablets and mobile point of sale systems, Retail Sales Consultants are expected to assist with logistics such as resetting showroom floors and helping customers load their mattress purchases into their vehicles. The ability to lift up to 75 pounds is a physical requirement for this role.

Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of large ticket or high value product sales experience
- availability to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- willingness to assist customers physically with loading and showroom reset
- basic proficiency with tablets and point of sale technology
- strong interpersonal skills
