This role of Sales and Marketing Representative at Winebow is a remote position that combines strategic sales planning with customer engagement to maximize the distribution and market penetration of wine and spirits. The successful candidate will develop effective marketing strategies, maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, and manage contracts to enhance the reach of Winebow's products. The role requires active participation in educational programs, tasting events, and continuous collaboration with internal teams such as the District Manager, Sales Director, Customer Service, and accounting. The ability to travel frequently by automobile, and occasionally by plane or train, is essential for this position to attend events and meet clients in person. The Sales and Marketing Representative also upholds punctuality and professionalism by meeting all agreed goals and objectives for the territory served. Job Requirements

High school or GED diploma
Two years marketing or sales experience
Restaurant or wine shop experience preferred
Demonstrated computer knowledge
Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Remote role with required in-office and offsite event attendance as needed

Job Duties

Develops an effective marketing and sales strategic plan to maximize distribution within an established or growing customer base
Maintains routine contact with key decision makers to develop broad base support for Winebow's services
Negotiates and manages local purchasing agreements and contracts effectively
Provides timely educational programs, materials, and services as needed
Works with District Manager and Sales Director to monitor sales growth and market penetration using monthly reporting tools
Participates in wine and spirits education programs, hosts dinners and pouring events including tastings
Collaborates with accounting to resolve billing issues within designated territory
Communicates directly with Customer Service regarding specific ordering or shipping needs
Meets agreed-upon goals and objectives in a timely manner
Arrives on time for work, appointments, meetings, and work-related functions
Follows all safety policies and communicates hazards or suggests improvements
Performs other duties as assigned
