In the role of a Sales and Marketing professional at Winebow, candidates will engage in a highly strategic and dynamic position aimed at maximizing the distribution and market penetration of wine and spirits. This role requires the development and implementation of tailored marketing and sales plans designed to effectively expand business within established or emerging customer bases. Individuals will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers and developing extensive support for Winebow’s services within their territory. Collaboration with the District Manager and Sales Director is integral to monitoring sales growth and ensuring the achievement of set goals through detailed monthly sales reports.
Candidates will also have opportunities to directly engage with customers by providing educational programs, hosting tasting events, and supporting various promotional activities that promote the rich heritage and unique qualities of the wine and spirits portfolio Winebow represents. This role involves a combination of in-person and remote interactions, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to travel, client engagement, and internal communication.
Additionally, this position demands a hands-on approach to managing contracts, negotiating local purchasing agreements, and resolving any billing or ordering issues in collaboration with the accounting and customer service teams. Punctuality and professionalism are key expectations, reflecting the company's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Two years marketing or sales experience
- Restaurant or wine shop experience preferred

Job Duties
- Develops an effective marketing and sales strategic plan in order to maximize wine and spirits distribution within an established or growing customer base
- Develops broad base of support for Winebow’s services by maintaining routine contact with key decision makers
- Effectively negotiates and manages local purchasing agreements and contracts
- Provides timely educational programs, materials and services when deemed necessary
- Works with the District Manager and Sales Director to monitor sales growth and market penetration with the use of monthly reporting tools
- Participates in wine and spirits education programs, hosts dinners and pouring events, which includes tastings
- Works, when necessary, with the accounting department to resolve any billing issues within their designated territory
