Job Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses
- Willingness to use technology including tablets and mobile point of sales
- Provide a customer-focused, educational shopping experience

- Meet and interact well with diverse customers
- Commitment to growth and continuous learning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and most holidays
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Capability to lift weights up to 75 pounds
- Proficiency with technology such as tablets and POS systems
Job Duties
- Sell premium mattress and bedding products using proven sales processes
- Utilize the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to provide personalized mattress recommendations
- Assist customers with mattress loading and showroom floor resets
- Deliver a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience
- Use tablets and mobile point of sales technology effectively
- Maintain a high-energy, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude
- Meet and interact with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
