The retail sales consultant role at Mattress Warehouse is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and customer service. As a retail sales consultant, you will serve as the face of the company, engaging customers and guiding them through a personalized mattress shopping experience. Utilizing the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, you will help customers identify their unique sleep needs based on 18 individual measurements, ensuring they find the perfect mattress for improved sleep quality and overall well-being.

Sales consultants benefit from a robust compensation package that guarantees the greater of a generous hourly wage or commission, along with eligibility for bonuses.
