Job Duties
- assist customers with mattress and bedding product selection using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
- provide a relaxed, educational, and low-pressure shopping experience
- confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products utilizing a proven sales process
- reset and maintain the showroom floor to ensure a neat and attractive environment
- assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto vehicles
- use state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point-of-sale systems
- participate in continuous training and development programs
