The role available is for a Retail Sales Consultant, a pivotal position that directly impacts the customer’s experience and satisfaction. This role involves leveraging innovative technology such as the exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to provide customized mattress recommendations based on detailed customer sleep measurements. The Sales Consultant helps customers improve their sleep quality by guiding them through a personalized shopping experience that blends advanced diagnostics with approachable, low-pressure sales techniques.

Candidates for this position should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused. They will work a retail schedule that typically spans four to five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and most holidays, averaging between 40 to 55 hours weekly. As a frontline ambassador, the Sales Consultant will use both technology and interpersonal skills to educate customers about product features and benefits while assisting with showroom resets and loading purchases when needed. The ability to lift up to 75 pounds is an essential physical requirement.
