The role of Retail Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse is a pivotal one, as it involves directly engaging with customers to deliver a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving lives through improved sleep solutions. Candidates for this position should have at least one year of experience in sales involving large ticket or high-value products and demonstrate a high energy, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude. Successful consultants confidently utilize the proven selling process and innovative bedMATCH diagnostic tools to guide customers towards selecting the perfect mattress or bedding products.

Retail Sales Consultants are expected to work a retail schedule that includes evening hours, most holidays, and all weekends, typically comprising 40 to 55 hours per week spread over 4 to 5 days. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floors, and assist customers with loading purchases, ensuring an excellent and personalized customer experience from start to finish. Bilingual abilities, especially fluency in both English and Spanish, or other languages, are considered a plus.

Job Requirements
