As a Retail Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customers' lives by guiding them to the best sleep solutions tailored to their unique needs. Utilizing the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, you will help customers select the perfect mattress through a personalized experience based on 18 different measurements and specific recommendations. This innovative approach transforms the traditional mattress-buying process into a knowledgeable, educational, and low-pressure shopping experience.

Job Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate technology including tablets and mobile POS systems
- Commitment to providing an educational and low pressure shopping experience
- High energy and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and motivated work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends
- Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable using technology such as tablets and point of sales systems
- High energy and enthusiasm with a commitment to teamwork
Job Duties
- Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions
- Utilize state of the art technology including tablets and mobile point of sales systems
- Reset the showroom floor and assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles
- Meet and interact with customers, understanding their needs
- Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented attitude
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
