Matress Warehouse is currently seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to join their expanding team. This role involves helping customers find the perfect mattress and bedding products by leveraging the company’s exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system. This innovative tool uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to provide a tailored mattress shopping experience that transforms customers' sleep quality and satisfaction. The Sales Consultant position is a full-time role offering a robust compensation package that includes a generous hourly wage or commission pay, eligibility for bonuses, and participation in a 401(k) plan with a significant employer match.

Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, resetting the showroom floor, and helping customers load their mattress purchases into their vehicles.
Working hours typically range between 40 to 55 hours per week, including evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish or other languages are highly valued. Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of large ticket or high value product sales experience
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must provide a low pressure and educational shopping experience
- Ability to use tablets and mobile point of sale systems
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Good customer interaction skills

Job Duties
- Assist customers with mattress and bedding sales using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
