As a Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find their perfect mattress using the company’s exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system. This advanced system allows you to provide personalized shopping experiences based on 18 measurements, ensuring that customers receive tailored recommendations to improve their sleep quality dramatically. The role combines technology, customer service, and effective sales techniques to transform how customers shop for mattresses, promoting a relaxed and educational environment rather than a high-pressure sales approach.
