Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 40 to 55 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift heavy items up to 75 pounds
- excellent customer service skills
- proficiency with technology including tablets and point of sales systems
- team-oriented attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
- ability to provide a low-pressure and educational sale experience
- willingness to work in a retail environment
Job Qualifications
- motivated and results-oriented retail sales experience preferred
- ability to follow a structured sales process
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in using technology such as tablets and point of sales systems
- bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages are a plus
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Duties
- confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process
- utilize the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to provide personalized mattress recommendations
- deliver a relaxed and educational shopping experience
- reset and maintain the showroom floor
- assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles
- use tablets and mobile point of sales systems effectively
- meet and interact with customers to understand their needs
