In this role, the Retail Sales Consultant functions as both an expert advisor and a trusted partner to customers. Your responsibilities will include confidently selling premium mattress and bedding products using a proven sales process and leveraging cutting-edge technology. The position requires a high level of customer engagement where you listen carefully to customer needs and provide a relaxed, educational, and pressure-free shopping experience. The work schedule often includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, typically spanning 40 to 55 hours per week.

Successful candidates are motivated, energetic, and possess a team-focused mindset. They are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools such as tablets and mobile point of sale systems. Physical stamina is also necessary, as the job involves lifting up to 75 pounds, resetting the showroom floor, and assisting customers with loading mattresses. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish or other languages are highly valued, enhancing communication in diverse communities.

Job Requirements
