Job Requirements
- availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds

- comfortable using technology including tablets and mobile POS
- willingness to learn and adapt
- strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or sales experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic technological proficiency with tablets and POS systems
- bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Job Duties
- assist customers in finding the right mattress using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
- confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products
- provide a relaxed and educational shopping experience
- reset showroom floor and organize product displays
- assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto vehicles
- utilize tablets and mobile POS systems for sales transactions
- meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
