- willingness to meet and interact with diverse customers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work retail hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
- experience in retail sales preferred
- proficiency in using technology such as tablets and mobile POS
- physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Job Duties
- assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products using expert knowledge of the bedMATCH system
- provide a relaxed and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' sleep quality
- maintain the showroom floor, including resetting displays and organizing merchandise
- operate tablets and mobile point of sales systems efficiently
- help customers load mattress purchases into vehicles
- meet and interact with customers to understand their needs
- contribute to a positive and team-oriented store environment
