Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- strong customer service orientation
- teamwork and a positive attitude
- basic proficiency in technology usage
- physical ability to reset showroom floor and assist with loading mattresses
- willingness to complete comprehensive paid training
Job Qualifications
- experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers physically
- enthusiasm and a high-energy attitude
- familiarity with mobile point of sales technology beneficial
Job Duties
- assist customers in selecting premium mattress and bedding products using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
- provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience
- utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales, and the exclusive bedMATCH system
- reset the showroom floor and maintain store appearance
- assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
- confidently apply the proven sales process to meet and exceed sales goals
- work effectively in a team-oriented environment
