Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail sales experience preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Familiarity with point of sales technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide customer-focused service in a relaxed and educational manner

Ability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Job Duties

Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products using the bedMATCH diagnostic system
Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience
Utilize technology including tablets and mobile point of sales systems
Reset showroom floor and assist with loading customers' mattress purchases
Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
Maintain store presentation and inventory levels
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
