Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Standing and walking for extended periods
Using hands and arms frequently for demonstrations
Occasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs
Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

Passionate about customer service and luxury experiences
Comfortable speaking with people in person, over the phone, and online
Tech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools
Organized, professional, and dependable
Able to multitask in a lively, guest-focused environment
Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required
Automotive experience is a plus

Job Duties

Greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
Learning each guest's needs and helping them explore vehicles that fit their lifestyle
Demonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives
Explaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership perks
Assisting guests during delivery by setting up Bluetooth, navigation, driver assist settings, and other features
Following up post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
Coordinating with the Sales team to transition guests smoothly from introduction to purchase
Keeping up-to-date on all Acura models, trims, and technology
Supporting special events, product launches, and showroom presentations
