Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Using hands and arms frequently for demonstrations
- Occasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about customer service and luxury experiences
- Comfortable speaking with people in person, over the phone, and online
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools
- Organized, professional, and dependable
- Able to multitask in a lively, guest-focused environment
- Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required
- Automotive experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Learning each guest's needs and helping them explore vehicles that fit their lifestyle
- Demonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives
- Explaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership perks
- Assisting guests during delivery by setting up Bluetooth, navigation, driver assist settings, and other features
- Following up post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinating with the Sales team to transition guests smoothly from introduction to purchase
- Keeping up-to-date on all Acura models, trims, and technology
- Supporting special events, product launches, and showroom presentations
