By continuously evolving its product line and services, B. Braun maintains a strong market presence and a reputation for reliability and high-quality medical solutions.
The Clinical Procedure Sales Representative position is pivotal within B. Braun’s sales division based out of San Diego, California, operating remotely with a flexible weekday schedule. This role centers on the promotion and sale of Clinical Procedure products such as Peripheral IV Access, Pain Control devices, IV Anesthesia Sets, and Regional Anesthesia products, all critical components used in healthcare settings. The representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities to grow the company’s market share. Collaboration with regional sales teams and internal departments such as Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, and regional offices is essential to deliver superior service and achieve sales goals.
This role requires frequent interactions with healthcare providers and clinical decision-makers, often involving both in-person and virtual sales calls, product presentations, and support during product trials or evaluations. The Clinical Procedure Sales Representative is expected to prepare and present thorough financial analyses, competitive assessments, and proposals tailored to the unique needs of healthcare customers.
