The company is seeking a Clinical Procedure Sales Representative based in the San Diego, California area, preferably residing in Orange County, Inland Empire, or San Diego. This role is a remote position with a standard 5x8 shift schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring frequent travel to healthcare customer locations. A Clinical Procedure Sales Representative at B. Braun Medical is responsible for promoting and selling clinical procedure products such as Peripheral IV Access devices, Pain Control systems, IV Anesthesia Sets, and Regional Anesthesia products, along with related services. The role demands building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical decision-makers, supporting product evaluations, and facilitating purchasing decisions at healthcare institutions such as hospitals and clinics.

This position plays a critical role in developing new business opportunities through in-person and virtual calls, effectively presenting product solutions, and supporting product trials and conversions. The successful candidate must work collaboratively with regional team members and various internal departments including Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, Regional Offices, and Ambulatory Surgery Center Support to expand sales and increase market share.

The Clinical Procedure Sales Representative role comes with a competitive salary range of $83,000 to $95,000 plus bonus and a company car. Candidates must comply with rigorous healthcare customer requirements, which include necessary vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19, influenza, Hepatitis B), criminal background checks, drug screenings, and vendor credentialing processes to access clinical settings. This ensures safety and compliance with healthcare standards. B. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Promote and sell clinical procedure products and associated services
  • engage clinical decision-makers to support product evaluations and purchasing decisions
  • conduct in-person and virtual sales calls to qualify and develop new leads
  • build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • prepare and deliver effective product presentations and solutions to prospective customers
  • support product evaluations, trials, and conversions as needed
  • prepare financial analyses, proposals, and competitive assessments for customers
  • present analytical findings to hospital committees and stakeholders
  • work closely with regional team members to expand sales and market share
  • maintain strong working relationships with internal departments including marketing, technical services, customer service, regional offices, and ASC support
