The role offered is within the sales center as part of the direct store delivery (DSD) team, focused on building strong partnerships with sales associates and supporting operational sales leadership to achieve world-class sales center status. This position involves leading, coaching, and motivating sales center associates through hands-on engagement rather than from a desk, to ensure the attainment and maintenance of sales excellence. The role requires proficiency in data interpretation and the use of technology to develop and implement effective sales plans aimed at winning in the competitive marketplace. The position is full-time and includes an annual salary ranging from $69,200 to $90,000, with eligibility for annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with company match, paid training, and advancement opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
  • ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently according to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations

Job Qualifications
