Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- computer skills and proficiency specifically in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card

Job Duties
- Build and maintain partnerships with sales team
- support sales center Operational Sales Leader
- cover routes when needed
- lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to maintain World-Class sales center status following Direct Store Delivery best practices
- leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans
- foster a team-oriented workplace by being an active and engaged leader
- contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture where authenticity is valued
