This particular role is focused on leadership within one of the company’s sales centers. The individual in this position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with the sales team, supporting the Operational Sales Leader, and stepping in to cover sales routes when necessary. The key objective is to lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates by adopting direct engagement rather than working solely from a desk. This hands-on leadership style is designed to help the sales center attain and maintain a World-Class status by strictly following Direct Store Delivery (DSD) best practices. Success in this role requires leveraging technology and data analytics to develop effective sales strategies that allow the team to succeed collectively in competitive marketplaces.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • computer skills and proficiency specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
  • ability to read and speak English sufficiently
  • ability to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries

Job Qualifications
