The company is currently looking to hire Sales Brand Ambassadors on behalf of Duke Energy, one of the largest energy holding companies in America. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Duke Energy serves millions of customers through its electric utilities and natural gas divisions spanning multiple states. The company maintains a strategic focus on sustainability, aiming to achieve net-zero methane emissions from its natural gas business by 2030 and net-zero carbon emissions from electricity generation by 2050.

The role of Sales Brand Ambassador is integral to the sales and marketing efforts with the goal of fostering strong customer relationships with Duke Energy's products and services. Ambassadors will be positioned at designated retail locations, creating awareness and enrolling customers in Duke Energy's Power Manager program. The role involves active engagement, clear communication of product benefits, and the ability to convert these efforts into tangible sales outcomes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends
  • Must be able to work independently and follow directions
