Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- prior sales, warehousing, or delivery experience
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs from the floor
- current or ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- clean motor vehicle report
- pass required drug screen and background check
- ability to use computer for email, invoicing, and inventory management
- forklift certification will be provided by the company
- customer service and communication skills
- ability to remain professional and courteous at all times

Job Duties
- Greet and direct customers
- provide customer service support in person and over the phone
- answer customer questions about products and services including product features, pricing, and after-sales services
- enter orders in the ERP system
- pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery
- develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge through company and vendor training
- coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service especially during peak seasons
- assist with merchandising products and managing inventory while maintaining a safe working environment
- conduct local deliveries to customers
- ensure the store environment upholds company brand expectations regarding customer service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and energy
- perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager or leadership
- adhere to safety standards and refuse unsafe work as necessary
