Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bakery or café setting preferred but not required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate POS and cash handling systems
- knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Serving pastries, cakes, other desserts
- making espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages
- provide excellent customer service that follows Paris Baguette & high standard of excellence
- utilize the POS and credit card system
- know the product and be able to inform our customers about monthly new products and promotions
- packaging and displaying bread, pastry, cake
- cleaning pastry display case and necessary kitchen area
