The company emphasizes a responsible and inclusive work environment that values diversity, respect, and the dignity of all employees worldwide. Guided by its Credo, Johnson & Johnson is committed to creating products and services that transform patient care while fostering a culture where each team member is recognized for their unique contributions.

The Sales Associate role, based in Laredo, Texas, offers a unique opportunity to be part of this transformative journey in Orthopaedics. This professional position involves working closely with surgeons and healthcare providers to support clinical needs, optimize product usage, and ensure the smooth delivery of medical devices during procedures. The Sales Associate acts as a key link between DePuy Synthes and healthcare professionals, providing technical expertise, customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities span assisting in product conversions, managing surgical trays, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining strong relationships within assigned territories.

This role not only demands a thorough understanding of surgical instruments and protocols but also requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to enhance customer satisfaction and market penetration.
