The part-time Retail Associate role at Mel Trotter Mission Thrift LLC involves working under the guidance of the Retail Management team to carry out all aspects of store operations. This includes providing excellent customer service, managing register transactions with accuracy, and upholding store appearance standards through restocking, cleaning, and merchandising tasks. This is a part-time position requiring between 20 to 25 hours per week, including at least two Saturdays a month. The starting pay is $13.73 per hour. Team members are expected to engage in ongoing training and attend required meetings to stay updated on policies and procedures. This position operates within strict cash handling policies to ensure transaction security and minimize discrepancies.
