The Retail Associate works under the direction of the Retail Management team and is essential in facilitating all daily retail operations within the store. This includes maintaining a Christ-centered environment for customers, donors, and fellow staff members. The role demands a person who can provide exceptional customer service, handle register transactions accurately and securely, and contribute to the store's physical upkeep and presentation. Maintaining store standards such as cleanliness, safety, and merchandise display requires both attention to detail and teamwork.

Key responsibilities involve assisting in register operations, including cash and credit card transactions, supporting the store team in restocking and organizing merchandise, and managing store displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
