The Sales Associate (College) role located in Norman, OK, is a critical part-time position that averages about 20 hours per week, with increased hours during peak seasons. This seasonal, event-based job offers an exciting opportunity to become the face of Jostens on various college campuses. Sales Associates serve as event ambassadors, engaging with students, parents, and families to provide a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for the full cycle of event preparation, setup, product distribution, and teardown to ensure smooth and successful sales experiences. The products you're promoting are essential to graduation celebrations and commemorations, making your role pivotal in helping customers mark their achievements with Jostens’ quality merchandise.

Sales Associates must exhibit professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Because events occur across different college campuses, candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally within their assigned territory, and occasionally beyond it. Jostens reimburses travel time and mileage. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, overnights, and varied weekday hours to match event timings. The role demands physical stamina, as it requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
