The part-time Sales Associate role at Lakeville Liquor is designed for dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy interacting with customers. This role supports the overall store operations by educating customers about the products available, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. In this role, Sales Associates will be accountable for welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, handling cash and point-of-sale systems, maintaining store presentation standards by cleaning and organizing, and upholding policies related to age restrictions and responsible sales practices. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, sound judgment, and physical stamina to perform duties that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Being at least 21 years old and having a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with relevant retail or liquor industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
