You’ll operate the cash register with accuracy, assist customers in finding merchandise, and support the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. In addition, when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not available, you may assume leadership duties such as authorizing refunds, monitoring cash levels, and maintaining security and cash control procedures. This role requires attentiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive shopping experience for everyone who visits the store. Responsibilities also include unloading merchandise shipments, organizing displays, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with administrative tasks according to company policies. Working conditions involve physical activity, including lifting up to 55 pounds, frequent standing and walking, and tasks that require bending and stooping.
