Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform cash register functions
- Ability to stock merchandise
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Understanding of safety policies and practices
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 55 pounds
- Occasional climbing up to six feet using step ladder
- Ability to handle merchandise and equipment safely and properly

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers
- Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer purchase, collect payment and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers
- Follow company merchandise processes including unpacking, stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves and building merchandise displays
- Clean the store including taking out trash, dusting and mopping floors, cleaning restroom and receiving room, and setting up sidewalk displays
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction
- Protect company assets during daily operations
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
