Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- comfortable with technology including mobile POS systems
- motivated and energetic team player
- able to provide exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- motivated with the ability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and most holidays
- bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages preferred
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- good communication skills
- comfort with technology-based sales tools
- customer-focused with a team-oriented attitude
- previous retail sales experience is a plus
Job Duties
- sell premium mattress and bedding products using established sales processes and the bedMATCH sleep diagnostic system
- provide exceptional customer service with a relaxed and educational shopping experience
- assist customers with loading mattresses and resetting showroom floors
- operate mobile point of sales (POS) systems and tablets efficiently
- maintain high energy, positive attitude, and teamwork
- meet sales targets and contribute to store goals
- engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
