Our inclusivity and self-expression are what fuel our innovation and growth. You are welcome here, and you can thrive here. We find beauty in YOU. Join us! This establishment is a respected name in the beauty industry, dedicated to empowering both professionals and everyday consumers to express their unique style and creativity. The company fosters a vibrant culture filled with talented and passionate people who bring enthusiasm and innovation to the beauty world every day.

The Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is a pivotal role designed to lead and demonstrate industry expertise in all things related to hair color and curl texture. This position not only embraces daily sales associate responsibilities but also focuses heavily on maximizing sales by creating increased customer retention and loyalty. The CCC/CCS plays an integral role in building lasting relationships and driving behaviors that grow brand awareness and increase hair color market share. This role involves a deep engagement with market analysis to promote approved beauty products, introduce new product lines and concepts, and provide comprehensive customer service.

A core function of this role is stewardship of brand culture, ensuring a high standard of color and curl merchandising, proper store signage, and sophisticated display techniques that foster an inviting and professional retail environment. Staying informed about emerging trends and maintaining agility to market changes is essential, along with building industry knowledge to share with business partners. The CCC/CCS must adapt their personal sales techniques to respond effectively within the competitive beauty market.

This position also demands strong communication skills, as the Concierge regularly communicates upward and cross-functionally regarding sales progress, customer interactions, follow-up plans, and assistance required from associates or vendors. The CCC/CCS is responsible for resolving customer questions or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring an excellent service experience.

The role includes adhering to company operational procedures, such as accurate store opening and closing protocols, occasional bank deposits, cash handling, and other monetary transactions. The position is supported by extensive education through online guided learning and certification courses, with a mandatory Color Certification Test to be passed within 60 days of employment.

You will love working in this creative, fun, and passionate environment where you receive generous product discounts, free sample products, and continuous learning opportunities. Growth paths abound, and eligibility for benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick leave, and holiday time may be available based on working hours. This vibrant role is perfect for someone eager to enhance their expertise in color and curl beauty services, build strong professional relationships, and be a key player in the growth of this influential brand.
