With continuous expansion plans in the U.S. market, HGreg remains committed to delivering exceptional services in automotive sales, providing customers with quality vehicles and professional, friendly assistance throughout their car buying journey. This growth-oriented company prides itself on its aggressive and competitive sales associate compensation program, designed to motivate and reward its sales team members accordingly.

The role of an Automotive Sales Associate at HGreg is pivotal in shaping customers' purchasing experiences. This position focuses on guiding prospective buyers through the HGreg sales process, from initial greeting to final delivery, ensuring each customer finds the ideal vehicle to meet their specific needs. The sales associate will be the face of HGreg, tasked with building lasting trust and satisfaction by offering expert advice, conducting informative test drives, and assisting with paperwork and finance processes. Working closely with the dealership’s management and finance teams, the associate ensures a smooth transition of vehicle ownership for the customer.

This full-time position involves an 8-hour daily shift, including weekends, with two days off per week, allowing a balanced work schedule. The role demands a friendly and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance, all important for creating a positive first impression and maintaining customer relationships. The sales associate must also be proficient in using the HGreg CRM tool, DealerSocket, to track customer interactions effectively. In addition, associates are expected to actively participate in training sessions to remain updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

In addition to driving sales volume by meeting minimum monthly unit delivery requirements, the Automotive Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring all transactions are completed according to HGreg’s standards and processes. This includes coordinating with the finance and insurance manager for deal closures and handling the accurate preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers. Physical demands of the role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, frequent use of hands and arms, and the capability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds safely. A valid in-state driver’s license and insurance eligibility under the dealership's policy are mandatory requirements.

HGreg fosters an inclusive work environment, encouraging applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports its employees' well-being and professional growth, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and supplemental insurance options. With opportunities for advancement and continuous training, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
