Job Duties
- Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system
- Provide a relaxed, educational, and low-pressure shopping experience
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile POS systems
- Reset the showroom floor and maintain a clean, organized sales area
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto vehicles
- Follow company sales process and achieve sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
