The Sales Associate role within New Life Center's Thrift Store is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week, including alternating Saturdays. Reporting to the Assistant Thrift Store Manager, the Sales Associate is primarily responsible for delivering an excellent shopping experience to customers through friendly and efficient service. This includes welcoming customers warmly, managing sales transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with the stocking and merchandising of items. The Sales Associate will also be cross-trained across various store operations including cash handling, donation processing, sorting, pricing, and stocking.

The role requires a person who is not only skilled in customer service but also demonstrates a compassionate heart aligned with the ministry’s Christian mission.
