Tempur Sealy is currently seeking a Tempur-Pedic Sales Associate to join their retail team. This position is pivotal in delivering excellent customer service while promoting and selling the company’s renowned Tempur-Pedic products. The role requires a passionate individual who embraces the mission of helping customers achieve their best night's sleep by providing knowledgeable assistance and a superior shopping experience. Furthermore, the Sales Associate will step into a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager, taking responsibility for opening and closing the store and managing daily operations to ensure seamless store performance. This opportunity offers an estimated annual salary range of $40,000 to $60,000, including base pay and incentives, along with comprehensive benefits.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
- Strong sales skills in a consultative environment

Job Duties
- Assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store
- Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining Tempur Sealy’s brand
- Continue to perform all the retail sales associate responsibilities at an exceptional level
- Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team
- Assist the store manager with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other needs
- Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
