As a Retail Sales Associate at Mattress Warehouse, you will be a key player in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements to give personalized mattress recommendations. This advanced technology allows for a tailored shopping experience that enhances customer satisfaction and sleep quality. This role involves engaging customers in a relaxed, low-pressure setting focused on education and improving lives with sleep solutions.
The position requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual ready to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with shifts typically spanning 4-5 days a week and total hours ranging from 40 to 55 weekly. Retail Sales Associates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, assist with showroom upkeep, and help customers load their mattress purchases into vehicles. The role uses cutting-edge technology such as tablets, mobile POS systems, and the bedMATCH diagnostic tool to streamline and enhance the sales process.

Job Duties
- Assist customers using the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to recommend products
- Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience
- Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using proven selling processes
- Reset and maintain the showroom floor
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases into vehicles
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point of sale systems
- Meet and interact with customers to understand their needs
