Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate POS system accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or convenience store environment helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service
- Master point-of-sale systems for transactions and refunds
- Stay current on pricing, promotions, and product locations
- Stock and organize shelves, coolers, freezers, and displays
- Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, pumps, and car wash
- Complete shift paperwork and assist with cash and safe reconciliation
- Follow food safety guidelines for food service items
