Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 16 years old
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet
- strong customer service orientation
- good communication skills
- ability to handle multiple customers and potential conflicts professionally
- willingness to learn technology and company procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- good communicator with the ability to engage customers
- able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
- basic problem-solving skills
- ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering recommendations
- promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience
- resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions
- communicate needs to management including restocking and customer feedback
- support team and company goals by collaborating with others
- operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently
