As a Part-Time Sales Associate at Five Below, you will be at the heart of this energetic environment, playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. This hourly position offers a starting pay of $11.00 and requires candidates to be at least 16 years old with a flexible schedule to meet the store’s needs including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, greeting them warmly and assisting with their shopping needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations. Your responsibilities include keeping the sales floor organized, maintaining well-stocked merchandise displays, and ensuring smooth and efficient checkout experiences at the cash register.
