Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk and squat for more than fifty percent of the work shift
- capability to lift, move and carry up to 40 pounds
- ability to see, hear and speak effectively to communicate with partners and customers
- manual dexterity to handle products and use POS systems
- basic literacy and numeracy skills to accurately complete documentation and reports
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- must adhere to local, federal and state laws and company policies

Job Duties
- Foster a service and selling culture
- exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships
- become an expert in our product categories and communicate product knowledge including features and benefits to the customer
- maintain and achieve measurable goals such as units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, item add-ons, and customer information capture rates
- stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements
- maintain company merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping
- assist with processing merchandise and monitor and replenish floor stock
- accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountability at POS registers
- actively seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with the store leadership team
- adhere to all local, federal and state laws and company policies
- perform other duties assigned by management
- demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance
